Membership classes:

Honorary Membership - Honorary membership may be conferred upon any
person whose activities have contributed to the objectives of the
Institute. Honorary members shall be elected by a majority vote of the
Directors.
Membership fees are annual and will be rebilled the first week of
January each year. All dues received after the first day of November
will be deemed payment of dues for the following year.
For the purpose of voting rights as members of the Institute, each
category of membership shall be entitled to one vote, exepting Honorary Members,
who unless otherwise paying dues, do not vote.
